You really have to hold it together to get through this book. Though her journey though madness is fascinating, it is hard to keep your negative inner-thoughts at bay. She is a highly successful schizophrenic who makes achievement and life look easy, making me wonder what the hell I am doing!

This book made me want to travel, meditate and fall in love. Very inspirational.
